James Hibberd - ex Hampshire Cricketer I started HCA because I felt that I could offer a valuable service for young people who want to get involved in cricket and for those with existing skills who wish to develop their game. HCA has proved to be a great success. I have coached a significant number of people with a diverse range of ages and abilities in both group sessions and on a specialist one-on-one basis, a number of whom have gone onto club cricket which enhances the school's links with the community. I run a number of tournaments and competitions in partnership with Stanbridge Earls School. I also provide a service to local schools in conjunction with the School Sports Partnership working as an after school club and during lesson time to ensure children get their daily exercise whilst making cricket fun. I have been working closely with several local clubs developing players and I am also the ‘Lead Coach' for the New Forest District and South Wilts Cricket Club Senior Head Coach.
